You are required to send us a deposit of £200.00 at the time of booking to secure your holiday dates.  Once the deposit is received your dates will become unavailable on all our websites.  The balance of the money outstanding will fall due 6 weeks before your arrival date.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY  – If you cancel your booking at least 56 days before your arrival date we will refund 100% of the amount you have paid.  If you cancel between 30 and 60  days before arrival date we will refund 50% of the money you have paid.    Otherwise there is no refund. However, if we manage to book out any of  your dates we will will reimburse you accordingly.     If you need to cancel or amend your booking please email us as soon as possible.  A cancellation will not take effect until we have received a email from you.

We strongly advise that you have comprehensive insurance to cover all liabilities regarding your holiday/stay.
