This barn conversion offers the best of both worlds – rural charm with modern amenities and a countryside setting close to towns and attractions.

Oak Tree Lodge sleeps a maximum of 4 people, plus 1 infant in the travel cot. All on one level the accommodation comprises an open plan kitchen and living room with dinning table and 4 chairs as well as a breakfast bar for 4 people and has a wooden floors. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with king size bed and 1 with 2 single beds There are 2 shower rooms each with shower, basin and toilet, one being ensuite.

It is fully furnished with unlimited fibre optic broadband, electric heaters, freeview tv, electric cooker and hob, microwave, freezer, fridge dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. Bed linen, towels, bed linen, towels, shower mats and tea towels are provided. There is also a highchair and travel cot.

Outside is parking for 2 cars, a small courtyard with sitting-out area, furniture with sun umbrella and a bbq. Ideal for families.

We provide a small “welcome pack” with a few items to get you started. Soap, toilet paper, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, bread, butter, jams and a chilled bottle of wine!

 

The property is available from a minimum of 3 nights stay, sleeps a maximum of 4 people and is non smoking. We are sorry, but Oak Tree Lodge is not suitable as a party venue and we are unable to accept pets.
